NOTIFICATION OF EGM
Purpose of EGM
We need members to come and vote for the following amendments to the constitution to allow the Club to complete its registration as a CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club):-
03.1. ‘All surplus income or profits are to be reinvested in the club. No surpluses or assets will be distributed to members or third parties.’
10.1. ‘Anyone who is refused membership or has their membership terminated has the
right to appeal the decision. Appeals will be held by a committee comprising three senior Vice Presidents or Life Members to be appointed by the Chairman. The decision of the appeals committee shall be binding.’
There will also be an update on the Wycombe High School Project and a presentation on the Club’s new fundraising initiatives.
The EGM of Wycombe Hockey Club will be held at High Wycombe Cricket Club, London Road, High Wycombe HP11 1DE
Doors Open 7.30pm – Bar open, Parking available on site
