We offer a range of annual membership subscriptions as follows:
- Adult Playing Member: £160 (special reduction for 18-25 age group – £130)
- Junior Plus Playing Member (U16 and U18 – School Years 10-13): £130
- Junior Playing Member (U14 – School Years 8 and 9): £110
- Minis (U6 to U12 – up to and including School Year 7): £100
- Senior & Junior Goalkeeper Annual Subscription (with own kit): £50
- Senior & Junior Goalkeeper Annual Subscription (using club kit): relevant subs for age group
- Student Playing Member (18+ and playing and training with Wycombe while studying): £30
- University Member (studying elsewhere but joining sessions when home): £0
- Club Alumni/Coaches/Volunteers/Team Managers: £0
- Family Membership: Any family with three or more players (adult or junior) playing for WHC will pay full subscription rates for the two highest subscription categories, but only half the annual subscription rates will apply to the remaining members of the family. Match Fees 2025/26
All playing members are required to pay a match fee for each game played:
- Adult playing member: £12 (age 18-25 £10)
- Student playing member: £10
- Junior and Junior Plus playing member: £9
- Minis: £5
- Goalkeepers: relevant match fee for age group, no discounts for own kit
Payment Information
We use a cashless system for payment of subscriptions and match fees and for this purpose all members are asked to set up a direct debit. To set up a direct debit, log in via the website and navigate to the My Player menu, select My Profile, click on Direct Debit under your name and follow the instructions. If you have a family account, please set up a direct debit for all members in the account by clicking on Direct Debit under each name. Note this has to be done via website log in, as the Club Buzz app does not have the functionality to set up a direct debit.
Subscriptions are applied to accounts on 01 September each year, or following a three week trial period from the first session you attend if you join during the season. Match fees are applied to accounts after a match has been played. You will receive an email from Wycombe Hockey Club on the 23rd of each month reminding you to check your account balance and query any amounts with the treasurer to get them corrected if necessary by the 27th of each month. The payment due is then sent to GoCardless who will send an email on the 28th of each month confirming the amount and date payment will be taken. Payment will be taken on or shortly after the last day of the month.
You can check your account balance, and that of all members in your family account, at any time via My Player, My Financial Activity.
