- Are you looking for a new way to exercise and meet some new people?
- Did you used to enjoy playing hockey but stopped because ‘life happened’?
- Does watching international games on TV remind you of how much fun hockey used to be?
- Do you support your kids on the side-lines each week at their sports match and think you would like to try their sport or even a new sport?
If you thought yes to any of the above questions then why not give ‘Back to Hockey’ a go!
Back to Hockey sessions are a great opportunity for you to pick up a stick again (or for the first time!) with like minded people in a friendly and relaxed environment without the ‘pressure to perform’.
How to take part:
Don’t worry if you don’t have all the kit, we will be able to lend you a stick – just come ready in active wear, trainers and enthusiasm. If you would like to take part in Back to Hockey sessions you can either contact us first or just turn up on the day and you will see one of our friendly faces.
Thursdays starting 04 August to 08 September 2022, 7pm – 8.30pm running for 6 weeks.
Wycombe High School, Marlow Hill, High Wycombe HP11 1TB
What have previous Back to Hockey Players said?
“Due to family commitments, work and house moves I hadn’t played hockey for about 15 years but decided last summer it was time to pick up a stick again. I thoroughly enjoyed the back to hockey sessions over the summer. Everyone at the club was so supportive and encouraging. I played some games for the ladies 4s during the winter and was made to feel very welcome by the whole team. I only wish I’d come back to hockey sooner. I’d definitely recommend it.
