Purpose of EGM
Current members to consider a motion to authorise the committee to enter into a legally binding relationship with Wycombe High School and to use clubs funds in building projects to construct two artificial pitches and a clubhouse.
The EGM of Wycombe Hockey Club will be held at Wycombe High School
(Sixth Form Block – Miller Building Lecture Theatre)
Marlow Road, High Wycombe HP11 1TB
Doors Open 5.30pm for refreshments
Parking available on site
We invite all players, parents of junior players, officials and support volunteers to come and listen to the Club’s proposal and help decide the future of Wycombe Hockey Club. All views will be taken into consideration. The committee will then decide if there is sufficient support from the members to proceed.
Please make every effort to attend and support this important event.
