Next season the club has decided to introduce a new process to collect match fees. This removes the burden from captains prior to matches but also ensures all match fees are collected and banked for every game. It also prevents captains/managers having large amounts of cash sitting around their homes.
The invoice will be generated from the team selection and therefore in future all team selection will be actioned through the club email system. I will be sending a club email along with this news bulletin. If you do not recieve the email you are not on the club database and you will need to apply for membership. You will not be selected unless you are on the database.
the guide attached to the link above shows you what actions you need to take to enter your availability. if you can play every week no action is required. This includes Saturday, Sunday ( juniors and senior cup games), indoor, plus training for the 1/2XI.
